Dear Affinity One Members:

We’re pleased to announce that we have opened both the Jamestown and Lakewood offices to lobby traffic.

Please know that the health and safety of our members and employees remains our top priority.

In accordance with local, state and federal guidelines we will comply with the following standards:

  • Masks or face coverings will be required while in the branch.  If you are not wearing a mask, please use our drive-thru.
  • To comply with social distancing requirements, the number of members in the branch is limited to 3. All members in the branch must stand at least 6 feet apart.
  • Until further notice, branch lobbies will remain closed on Saturdays.  Drive-thru banking will be available at the Lakewood branch only.  The Jamestown branch will not be open on Saturdays for the foreseeable future.
  • If you are feeling ill or have a respiratory illness, please do not enter the branch.

Please know that we have increased our cleaning efforts in both branches including cleaning the counter and signature pads after each member.

To limit exposure, we encourage all members to use our online banking or the drive-thru services unless it is necessary to enter the branch.

First Time - Login Instructions for Web Banking

If you are an existing Online Banking user, please use the following to log in to our new Online Banking system:

LOGON ID is your Primary Member Number.

Your Logon ID must contain at least 6-digits.
If your Member Number is less than 6 digits, you must enter the leading zeroes to make it 6 digits.

Example:
Member Number 12345 must be entered as 012345.
Member Number 1234 must be entered as 001234.

 

SECURITY CODE (Password) is the last 4-digits of the Primary Account Holder’s SSN

Example:
You will be prompted to change your Logon ID and Security Code
Once these are changed, you will use your NEW Logon ID and Security Code the next time you log on to Online Banking.
